Didn’t win? Don’t worry! Mail your non-winning ticket to enter the 2nd chance draw. Every week, 10 lucky winners win $1,000. Collect at least $5 worth of eligible non-winning lotto tickets which are still valid (i.e. not older than the 180 days of the drawing). Each envelope is one entry and players can enter as time as they like!

Rules Governing Wisconsin Pick4

  1. You need to be at least 18 years old to purchase the ticket.
  2. Tickets can be claimed under the name of a single human being only. No for-profit or non-profit trusts, entities, and other non-human beings can claim cash prizes.
  3. Claims raising for Wisconsin Lottery grant them the consent to use the information of player (name, address, city, state etc) for promotional, investigation and administrative purposes.
  4. Check your Playslip carefully for the mistakes. If there is any mistake, mark the VOID box. Ticket sales are final and cannot be canceled. You can mark new selection using the next column of panels.

Claiming a Prize from the Pick4 Lottery

  1. For claiming your cash prize, you need to have the original ticket signed by the owner of the ticket.
  2. To claim the winnings worth $599 or less, visit the nearest lottery retailer and redeem your cash prize in exchange for the winning ticket. Do remember to carry a copy of your government issued ID card.
  3. To redeem prizes worth $500,999 or less visit Madison or Milwaukee lottery office in person or mail your winning ticket. If you’re visiting the lottery office in person, keep in mind that they accept claims between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. And carry your government issued ID card with you.
  4. If you’re mailing the winning ticket, complete a claim form and attach a copy of your government issued ID card and send it all together. Don’t forget to make a copy of the winning ticket (front and back) before mailing it.
  5. Tickets are valid for the time period of 180 days after the draw. After that, you can’t claim your winning prize.
