- For prizes above $600, you will receive an email with instructions on how to process your claim and collect your winnings.
Prizes More Than $600
- Prizes more than $600 can be claimed by the authorized cashing agent or Kentucky Lottery Headquarters (Louisville).
- Winnings can also be mailed to Kentucky Lottery for claiming.
- Claims through the mail should fill out a prize claim form supplied by any Kentucky office or available on the official website.
- You have to present two forms of identification as valid proof.
- Fill the back of your winning ticket, complete the Prize Claim Form mail it to the below mentioned Kentucky P.O. Box address along with your signed original winning ticket, and copies of your valid government-issued photo ID and social security card.
