- Prizes $600 or less can be claimed at any authorized Maryland Lottery Retailer.
- You can also claim lottery winnings up to this amount by visiting the Maryland Lottery Office.
- Lottery winnings up to $600 can also be mailed by filling out the claim form available at the official site and send it to the Maryland Lottery Office mailing address.
Prizes More than $600 Up To $5,000
- Prizes more than $600 up to $5,00 should be claimed at any Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) location.
- Winnings can also be mailed to Maryland Lottery for claiming.
- Claims through the mail should fill out a claim form supplied by any Maryland office or available on the official website.
- You have to present two forms of identification as valid proof.
- Fill the back of your winning ticket, complete the Winner Claim Form and mail it to the below mentioned Maryland P.O. Box address along with your signed original winning ticket, and copies of your valid government-issued photo ID and social security card.
Prizes of $5,000 to $25,000
- You can claim a prize of $5,000 to $25,000 at the Maryland Lottery's Customer Resource Center.
- Post the signed ticket to the Maryland Lottery.
- Claim at the cashiers' windows at selected Casinos or by filling the claim form and mail it to below mentioned Maryland P.O. Box address along with your signed original winning ticket, and copies of your valid government-issued photo ID and social security card.
Prizes More Than $25,000
- Prizes more than $25,000 must be redeemed at the Lottery office.
- It requires at least 15 business days for processing any winning tickets with a value of more than $25,000.
- You must be at least 21 years of age to enter a Maryland casino to claim a Lottery prize.
