HOW TO CLAIM WINNINGS?

Congratulations On Winning!

• You have to sign and complete the back of your ticket
• Claim your prize before the deadline, i.e. within 180 days of the drawing for draw games and 180 days from the game end date for scratch games
• If you’re mailing the winning ticket, complete a claim form and attach a copy of your government-issued ID card and send it all together. Don’t forget to make a copy of the winning ticket (front and back) before mailing it..
• Ensure that you possess the photocopy of the claim form AND your winning ticket (Both sides)
• Ensure that you include the original ticket (not the photocopy) with the completed claim form

Prizes Up To $599

You can claim the prizes up to $599 at any Minnesota Lottery retailer - provided they have the cash on hand.

For Prizes From $600 To $50,000

• You can claim the prizes from $600 up to and including $50,000 at any Minnesota Lottery office.
• Winners of $600 or more must also complete the Claim Form available on the official website.

For Prizes $50,000 And More

• You can claim the prizes over $50,000 at the Minnesota Lottery Headquarters in Roseville, in person.
• Winners of $600 or more must also complete the Claim Form available on the official website.

Instructions To Redeem Your Winning Ticket By Mail:

• You can claim prizes up to and including $50,000 by mail
• Ensure, you have a copy of the front and back of your ticket for your records and that you use registered mail
• Winners of $600 or more must also complete the Claim Form available on the official website.
