Prizes of $501 to $19,999
- Prizes of $501 to $19,999 should be claimed at any Nebraska Lottery district office or Nebraska Lottery Headquarters.
- Winnings can also be mailed to Nebraska Lottery for claiming.
- Claims through the mail should fill out a claim form supplied by any Nebraska Lottery office or available on the official website.
- You have to present two forms of identification as valid proof.
- Fill the back of your winning ticket, complete the Winner Claim Form mail it to the below mentioned Nebraska Lottery P.O. Box address along with your signed original winning ticket, and copies of your valid government-issued photo ID and social security card.

- Prizes of $20,000 or over must be claimed in person at the Nebraska Lottery Offices in Lincoln.
