There's a New Year Surprise for multi-state lottery players in Arkansas. The Arkansas Lottery is bringing back its 5-Buck Bundle starting this month.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is all set to kick off 2022 by bringing back its promotion that awards a free lottery ticket with the purchase of a $3 Powerball ticket with Power Play and a $2 Mega Millions ticket.

The lottery players who buy a $3 Powerball ticket with the Power Play feature and a $2 Mega Millions ticket will receive a free $1 Natural State Jackpot lottery ticket, a plus point for the next drawing. The interested players have to just ask for the 5-Buck Bundle and reap the benefits out of it. According to the Arkansas Lottery Executive Director, Eric Hagler said in a press release that this is the fifth straight year they have offered the Bundle. The players have been loving it, thus it is back in popular demand.

As for the Natural State Jackpot game, it is one of Arkansas Lottery's in-state draw games that offers a chance to win a rolling jackpot by matching all the five numbers for just $1 per play.

Both the multi-state Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots are welcoming the New Year with $522 million and $244 million, respectively. The next Powerball drawing is will take place on Wednesday, January 5th at 10:59 pm EST while the next Mega Millions drawing will occur on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 11:00 pm EST.

The promotional 5-Buck Bundle has gone live on January 1 and will run through February 2022. The Bundle tickets must be Quick Picks and cost $5.
