- Prizes up to $600 or less should be claimed at any licensed Washington Lottery retailer.
- It is mandatory to sign the back of your ticket before redeeming at any retailer.
- You can also claim your winnings by mailing the lottery.
Prizes $601 and Above
- Lottery Prizes above $600 can be claimed by visiting any Washington Lottery regional office.
- You can also claim your lottery winnings through the mail and send it to the lottery attached with a filled claim form and government-issued ID proof. Don’t forget to make a copy of the winning ticket (front and back) and the claim form before mailing it.
- Prize claims over $600 must include a Winner Claim Form or Substitute W-9, available on the official website.
Prizes Over $100 Million
- Prizes over $100 million must be claimed in-person at the Washington Lottery Headquarters - 814 E 4th Avenue, Olympia WA, by taking a prior appointment.
- It is mandatory to sign the back of your winning ticket before redeeming.
