- Lottery Prizes including $600 and less can be claimed in-person by visiting any authorized West Virginia Lottery Retailer.
- It is mandatory to sign the back of your ticket before redeeming at any retailer.
- You can also claim your winnings by mailing the lottery.
Prizes $600 and Above
- Lottery Prizes above $600 can be claimed in-person by visiting the Lottery Headquarters in Charleston or at the Lottery’s regional office in Weirton
- You can also claim your lottery winnings through the mail and send it to the lottery attached with a filled claim form and government-issued ID proof. Don’t forget to make a copy of the winning ticket (front and back) and the claim form before mailing it.
