History

In November 1986, the voters of Kansas approved a constitutional amendment authorizing the creation of their state lottery. The Kansas Lottery Act was passed by the Kansas Legislature in 1987 and led to the creation of the Kansas Lottery. Kansas Lottery aims in producing the maximum amount of revenue possible for the State while maintaining the integrity of all the lottery games. Since then, the Lottery is known to produce innumerable winners for games like Mega Millions, Powerball, Lotto America, Lucky For Life, Pick 3, Super Kansas Cash, KENO, 2 X 2, and many more.
