Daily 3 rules
- The legal age of playing the Daily 3 Lottery is 18 years.
- Players are responsible to ensure the accuracy of their ticket, not the retailers or authorities.
- All games are strictly subjected to California State Lottery Regulations and California State Laws.
- Winners can claim their prize by representing the ticket only, not the playslip. It is the sole instrument to claim the prize.
- Players need to claim their winnings within a valid time period of 180 days or else their winnings will be fortified.

The California State Lottery began with a ballot measure, that was approved by voters on November 6, 1984.
