- Cash prizes greater than $5000 should be claimed at Delaware Lottery Office Headquarters.
- Players can claim their winnings within a period of 365 calendar days from the date of the drawing, else their winnings will be fortified.
- The lottery games are strictly subjected to Delaware State Laws.
- If there is more than one jackpot winner, the prize amount will be distributed equally among all the jackpot winners (pari-mutuel).
