Hoosier Lotto rules

History
Hoosier Lottery is governed by Indiana State and is a member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). Hoosier lottery referendum was approved by voters in November 1988. They started selling lottery tickets in the following year, in 1989. As per the data released by Hoosier Lottery, total lottery prizes won by players top $9.1 billion till February 2013. While it transferred over $4.2 billion to Indiana state to support the public programs and about $1 billion towards retailer commissions and bonuses. Hoosier lottery launched Cash4Life in April 2013, and it has been contributing since then.
