- The legal age of playing the Kentucky Pick 4 Lottery is 18 years.

The Kentucky Lottery was established in April 1989, after the people of Kentucky passed the legislature of the Kentucky Lottery in November 1988. The Lottery began its first sale on April 4, 1989. The mission of the Kentucky Lottery is to fund education for the residents of Kentucky. The Lottery proceeds are used to fund college scholarships and grants for beneficiary programs. The Lottery is known to produce innumerable winners for games like Mega Millions, Powerball, Lucky For Life, Pick 3, Pick 4, Cash Pop, KENO, Cash Ball 225, and many more.
