The legal age of playing the Natural State Jackpot is 18 years.
Players are responsible to ensure the accuracy of their ticket, not the retailers or authorities.
Players need to claim their winnings within a valid time period of 180 days else their winnings will be fortified.
All games are strictly subjected to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act and Arkansas State Laws.
Winners can claim their prize by representing the ticket only, not the playslip. It is the sole document to claim the prize.
If you make a mistake on the playslip, mark the VOID box and use the next play.
Prizes worth $5,000 or greater will be subject to a federal tax of 25% and the state of Arkansas will levy an additional tax of 7%.
Each additional draw or Multi Draws play selected will add one dollar ($1.00) per play to your ticket price.
The player can match the winning numbers in any order.
If the Jackpot prize has more than one winner, the prize amount is distributed equally (pari-mutuel).

History
