Lotto rules
- The legal age of playing Lotto! is 18 years.
- Players are themselves responsible for the details filled on the playslip. Neither the retailers or the lottery authorities are responsible for any inaccuracy in the ticket.
- Players can claim their winnings within a period of 180 calendar days from the date of the drawing, else the winnings will be fortified.
- All the lottery games are subjected to Connecticut State Laws and CT Lottery Statutes.
- Lotto! tickets cannot be voided. Once the ticket is printed, there’s no way to cancel it.
- If there is more than one jackpot winner, the prize amount will be distributed equally among all the jackpot winners (pari-mutuel).
- The pari-mutuel payments for first, second, and third prizes pools will be rounded off to the nearest dollar amount.
- Prizes above $5,000 are liable to Federal and State tax deductions of 24% and 6.99% respectively.
