The legal age of playing Lotto! is 18 years.
Players are themselves responsible for the details filled on the playslip. Neither the retailers or the lottery authorities are responsible for any inaccuracy in the ticket.
Players can claim their winnings within a period of 180 calendar days from the date of the drawing, else the winnings will be fortified.
All the lottery games are subjected to Connecticut State Laws and CT Lottery Statutes.
Lotto! tickets cannot be voided. Once the ticket is printed, there’s no way to cancel it.
If there is more than one jackpot winner, the prize amount will be distributed equally among all the jackpot winners (pari-mutuel).
The pari-mutuel payments for first, second, and third prizes pools will be rounded off to the nearest dollar amount.
Prizes above $5,000 are liable to Federal and State tax deductions of 24% and 6.99% respectively.
