Pick 3 rules
- The legal age of playing the South Carolina Pick 3 Lottery is 18 years.
- Players are responsible to ensure the accuracy of their ticket, not the retailers or authorities.
- Players need to claim their winnings within a valid time period of 180 days else their winnings will be fortified.
- All games are strictly subjected to the South Carolina State Laws.

History
South Carolina Education Lottery also known as the South Carolina Lottery, launched at the beginning of 2002 after being approved by the State’s General Assembly. The South Carolina Lottery Commission governs the state lottery, wherein it executes and regulates the operational power over the lottery.
So, far the Lottery has managed to raise over $5.5 billion for South Carolina's educational initiatives, including college scholarships, community education, and K-12 programs.
