History
Matt Mead, the Governor of Wyoming authorized the creation of the state lottery on March 13, 2013, and entered into agreements with other U.S Lotteries for multi-state games. The operations for the lottery began on August 24, 2014, with 400 retailers, licensed to sell the Wyoming Lottery tickets. The lottery authorizes the distribution of the first $6 million generated in annual revenues to cities and counties, and the remaining revenue is distributed to schools. Cowboy Draw joined the Wyoming Lottery club in 2015 and since then has been producing innumerable lottery winners.
