How to claim Connecticut lottery winnings

• Winning tickets up to $599 may be claimed in person at any of the CT Lottery Retailers.
• Make sure you have identification proofs like a Photo ID, verifying name, signature, age, and Social Security card.

• All the winning tickets up to $5,000 may be claimed in person at any High-Tier Claim Center.
• Winning tickets up to $5,000 can also be mailed to CT Lottery Headquarters.
• CT Lottery Headquarters accept claims only between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• The winners are liable to provide two valid forms of signed identification, one of which should be a photo ID, which may include your driving license, social security card, state ID, passport, or pistol permit or work ID with photo and signature.
• The winners have to provide a copy of the above documents along with their claim form in the mail.

• All winning tickets $5,001 to $49,999 can be claimed in person at the CT Lottery Headquarters.
• Or the winning tickets can also be mailed to CT Lottery Headquarters by filling out the claim form.
• Before mailing the ticket, ensure you possess a photocopy of the documents, claim form and the winning ticket for a valid proof.
• The headquarters accept the claims only between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday through Friday, excluding the holidays.
• The winners are liable to provide two valid forms of signed identification for ticket verification.
• The winners have to provide a copy of the above documents along with their claim form in the mail.

• All the winning tickets of $50,000 or above must be claimed in person at Connecticut Lottery Headquarters.
• The claims are only accepted between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., from Monday through Friday, excluding the holidays.
