The 2by2 lottery was formed in 2002. The game is played in a number of states including Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming. The draws for the game are held every night at the Iowa headquarters of the Multi-State Lottery Association(MUSL). It was Kansas and the Nebraska Lottery that started the game in 2002, with North Dakota joining the club in 2006 and Wyoming and Idaho joining on March 14, 2021, and April 18, 2021, respectively. Arizona lottery began the 2by2 game in 2009, with a top prize of $20,000. Arizona’s version of 2by2 held its final drawing on May 17, 2014; which was soon replaced by All or Nothing.
