• Prizes $600 or less can be claimed at any authorized Iowa Lottery Retailer.
• You can also claim lottery winnings up to this amount by visiting the Iowa Lottery Office.
• Lottery winnings up to $600 can also be mailed by filling out the claim form available at the official site and send it to the Iowa Lottery office mailing address.

• Prizes $600 and above should be claimed at any Iowa Lottery district office or Iowa Lottery Headquarters.
• Winnings can also be mailed to Iowa Lottery for claiming.
• Prizes of $1 million or more as well as some special merchandise prizes must be claimed in person at the Iowa Lottery headquarters office in Clive.
• Claims through the mail should fill out a claim form supplied by any Iowa Lottery office or available on the official website.
