- Prizes $600 and above should be claimed at any Montana Lottery district office or Montana Lottery Headquarters.
- Winnings can also be mailed to Montana Lottery for claiming.
- Claims through the mail should fill out a claim form supplied by any Montana Lottery office or available on the official website.
- You have to present two forms of identification as valid proof.
