A woman from South Carolina knew she had to win the dog-themed scratch-off ticket that she saw for sale in the store for this Holiday season. And surprisingly she did win $30,000 and was quite happy to listen to her gut!

While stopping at the Circle K on E. Liberty Street in Marion, the anonymous player noticed the lottery ticket that featured various dogs, all of them looking to be in a festive holiday spirit. And she decided to pick one out.
She told the lottery, "I just love dogs"
And in the end, her love for them paid off to the tune of $30,000, the top prize for a $2 game. According to the South Carolina Lottery, she became the game's very first top prize winner.
She recalled her great win by chanting, "No way, no way," seeing herself the winner! The odds of winning any prize in the game are 1 in 4.43 whereas the odds of winning the $30,000 top prize are 1 in 480,000.
The Circle K retailer in Marion received a $300 commission for selling the winning ticket. There are three more top prizes worth $30,000 that are waiting for the lucky winner. So hurry up, grab your lucky lottery tickets and have an awesome Holiday Season!
