- Lottery Prizes up to $49,999 can be claimed at any authorized Oregon Lottery claim center.
- Your winning ticket must be signed by you and can be submitted with a complete claim form and valid identification via mail.
Prizes $50,000 and Above
- Prizes above $50,000 must be claimed by mail or by visiting the main Oregon Lottery Office in Salem.
- Your winning ticket must be signed by you and should be submitted with a complete claim form and valid identification.
