- Prizes up to $499 or less should be claimed at any licensed Vermont Lottery retailer or at the Vermont Lottery Headquarters in Berlin.
- It is mandatory to sign the back of your ticket before redeeming.
Prizes Of $500 To $5000
- Lottery Prizes above $500 to $5000 can be claimed by visiting Vermont Lottery Headquarters in Berlin, Vermont, or at any People's United Bank located in Vermont.
- Your winning ticket must be signed by you and should be submitted with a complete claim form and valid identification.
- The claim form is available at any authorized Vermont Lottery Agent, Vermont Lottery Headquarters in Berlin, or at any People's United Bank located in Vermont.
- Federal income tax of 24% and Vermont State Income taxes of 6% on winnings of $600 or more are levied if the winners do not furnish a correct TIN.
Prizes $5,000 and Above
- Lottery Prizes above $5000 can be claimed in-person by visiting the Vermont Lottery Headquarters in Berlin, Vermont.
- Your winning ticket must be signed by you and should be submitted with a complete claim form and valid identification.
