- Prizes $600 or less can be claimed at any authorized Maine State Lottery retail agent location.
- You can also claim lottery winnings up to this amount by visiting the Maine Lottery Office.
Prizes $600 and Above
- Prizes $600 and above should be claimed at any Maine Lottery office at Lottery office in Hallowell, Maine to claim the prize.
- You can also claim the prize at the Lottery Retail Agent location. The agent will validate your ticket and the lottery system will indicate that you must file a claim at the “Lottery Headquarters”.
- Winnings can also be mailed to Maine Lottery for claiming.
- Claims through the mail should fill out a claim form supplied by any Maine office or available on the official website.
- You have to present two forms of identification as valid proof.
- Fill the back of your winning ticket, complete the Winner Claim Form mail it to the below mentioned Maine P.O. Box address along with your signed original winning ticket, and copies of your valid government-issued photo ID and social security card.
