- You can also claim lottery winnings up to this amount by visiting the Massachusetts Lottery Office.
- Lottery winnings up to $600 can also be mailed by filling out the claim form available at the official site and send it to the Massachusetts Lottery Office mailing address.
Prizes $600 and up to $100,000
- Prizes $600 and up to $100,000 should be claimed at any Massachusetts Lottery district office or Massachusetts Lottery Headquarters.
- Winnings can also be mailed to Massachusetts Lottery for claiming.
- Claims through the mail should fill out a claim form supplied by any Massachusetts Lottery office or available on the official website.
- You have to present two forms of identification as valid proof.
- Fill the back of your winning ticket, complete the Winner Claim Form mail it to the below mentioned Massachusetts Lottery P.O. Box address along with your signed original winning ticket, and copies of your valid government-issued photo ID and social security card.
Prizes over $100,000
- You must claim any prize over $100,000 at our Lottery Headquarters in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
- The claimants of lifetime prizes must provide a certified copy of the birth certificate unless selecting a cash option (if available).
