Prizes Up To $599
- Prizes including $599 or less should be claimed at any licensed Tennessee Lottery retailer.
- It is mandatory to sign the back of your ticket before redeeming at any retailer.
Prizes $600 and Above
- Lottery Prizes including $600 and above should be mailed to the lottery attached with a filled claim form and government-issued ID proof. Don’t forget to make a copy of the winning ticket (front and back) and the claim form before mailing it.
- You need to fill in the claim form, available at the official lottery website, and sign the back of your ticket before mailing the claim.
Prizes Over $200,000
- Prizes over $200,000 must be claimed in-person at the Nashville Headquarters, by taking a prior appointment.
- Your winning ticket must be signed by you and should be submitted with a complete claim form and valid identification.
