A man hailing from the United Kingdom won a EuroMillions lottery jackpot worth £58 Million (US$71.6 million) and celebrated by having beers with his brothers. No, they did hold a grand-scale party but maintained the orders of social distancing by celebrating at a distance of 6 feet.

Ryan Hoyle gave a statement that he was actually “shaking” when he received an email informing that he had become a multimillionaire winning the Friday’s EuroMillions draw! The winning numbers for EuroMillions for April 17 drawing were 16, 28, 32, 37, and 45, with Lucky Stars numbers 1 and 11.

Hoyle further added that as he read the message, it looked like a lot of numbers and just couldn’t believe his eyes. He drove to his mom and dad’s house as he wanted to get his numbers “double-checked”. To maintain the safety of his parents, he kept a safe distance outside and passed the phone through the window to check his numbers.

It was real - he had won £58 Million.

He works as a joiner and said that he will finish off the renovations at his brother’s house despite a great windfall. He wishes to buy a new car and exchange his rented one-bedroom flat for a new house, treat himself with a Manchester United game ticket. He also wishes to take his daughter, 11, to Florida. Hoyle says that he still keeps his priorities - mother, father, and brother at the top.
